Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in the Qaider app, developed by Speedforce Digital, along with its data at any time. Delete it from inside the app, or if you cannot access the app, send us a request by email.

1. Delete from the app

  1. Open the Qaider app and sign in to the account you want to delete.

  2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete Account.

  4. Confirm by tapping Yes, Delete My Account. You will be signed out straight away.

2. Can't open the app? Request deletion by email

  1. Email info@speedforce.agency from the email address registered to your Qaider account, with the subject "Qaider account deletion request".

  2. Include your full name, your phone number, and the business name linked to the account so we can verify it is yours.

  3. We will confirm by email once the account and its data have been deleted, within 30 days of your request.

3. What gets deleted

Access to the account stops immediately, and the following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
  • Your business details and the Google Business Profile connection, including the reviews, ratings, and locations synced into Qaider.
  • AI reply preferences, saved templates, and reply drafts.
  • Team members you invited, notification settings, and device tokens.
  • Analytics and reports generated for your account.

4. What we keep, and for how long

  • Payment and invoice records, kept only for as long as Saudi tax and accounting law requires.
  • Data we must keep to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or respond to a lawful request, kept only until that matter is closed.
  • Backups, which roll over and are fully cleared within 30 days of deletion.

5. Before you delete

  • Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account first to stop future charges.
  • Replies already published to Google stay on your Google Business Profile. Qaider cannot remove them after your account is gone, so edit or delete them in Google if needed.
  • Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its data once it has been deleted.
